Post-session evaluation data is shared with the L&D sponsor within five business days.

Both, and the mode is matched to the learning objective. Skills that require observation or feedback work better in person or with live video. Knowledge and compliance content can run asynchronously with strong results. We recommend the mode that will produce the outcome, not the one that is cheapest to deliver.
Yes for cohorts of eight or more, with a per-seat rate inclusive of materials unless otherwise noted. Volume licensing for asynchronous courses is available for organisations deploying to large populations on their own LMS.
Yes. We bring all printed materials and confirm AV requirements, room layout, and catering needs at least two weeks before the session. On-site facilitation fees include travel and setup time at rates disclosed in the proposal.
Pre- and post-session knowledge assessments are standard on certification programmes and available on request for other courses. We also offer 60-day supervisor observation checklists for skills courses where on-the-job transfer is the primary goal.
